          Photographs from the J. Ward Seabrook Papers collection, Newsletters, Diplomas, and Certificates)

Archives Assistant, February-June 2003

     Martha Buie – 330 hours (preparation of materials, photocopying, enclosing in sheet protectors,

          identification of materials)

                             Bobby Wynn – 40 hours (research, selection of materials, recommendations on implementation and

                             equipment , interviewing)

                        Head of Technical Services

     Jeff Campbell – 80 hours (research and ordering of equipment and software, technical set-up,

          troubleshooting, and Web page development)

     Gary Barton – 25 hours (scanning and technical set-up).  Digitized 22 titles (Letters and

          correspondence from the Charles Chesnutt Family Papers collection from Anne Chesnutt)

     Willie Washington – 40 hours (scanning, technical set-up and troubleshooting).  Digitized 22 titles

          (Historic photographs of alumni, queens, classes, clubs, and commencement)

     Eloise Vowotor – 50 hours (research, selection of materials, scanning, Encoded Archival Description)

Head of Public Services

     Jan Whitfield – 225 hours (research on software, selection of materials, scanning, Web page

          development, and interviewing, training and supervising).  Digitized 124 titles (Photographs of Charles

          Chesnutt, Anne Waddell, Sara Chesnutt, Chesnutt family home, Charles Chesnutt Family Papers

          collection, and college catalogs)
