Institutional repositories are on the minds of most academic librarians - and many questions continue to be asked: Should we have one? What platform should we use? Who does the work of setting it up? Marketing it? Maintaining it? Two academic librarians, one at an institution where implementation has begun and one at an institution where planning is in the works, will address aspects of such an undertaking, especially regarding how an institutional repository impacts technical services work flows and staffing.
