The Reference Librarians at Fayetteville State University (FSU)
are here to assist you and welcome the opportunity to meet your
information needs.
Email reference assistance is available to the FSU community and
to the general public. Priority is given to requests from FSU
affiliated persons, and to questions which concern Fayetteville
State University or the resources of the Charles W. Chesnutt
Library. Other questions will be handled as time permits or referred
to other appropriate services. This service is not for
extensive research questions. Those are better answered or
assisted with in person at the Reference Desk.
When will you receive a response?
The Ask a Reference Librarian service strives to respond to
questions within 24 hours of receipt of the question (excluding
weekends and holidays). Email is checked each day, Monday through
Friday.
