What is Blackboard?
Blackboard is a web-based
system that makes it easy for instructors to create course web pages and
online activities. The most popular use of Blackboard is making basic
course information and documents available on the web. Each Blackboard
site has several Content Areas in which course
materials can be organized. Instructors can rename or remove these Content
areas, as well as create new ones. The default content areas are
Course Information, Course
Documents, Assignments, and
External Links.
What can I do in Blackboard?
What you can do in Blackboard
will vary based on how the instructor sets up the site.
How do I login
to Blackboard?
Go
to the Blackboard page
http://blackboard.uncfsu.edu/
Select Blackboard on the Chesnutt Library homepage.
Go to FSU's homepage and select Blackboard under Quick Links.
Login is the same as your FSU email account login.
What if have
a question or need help?
Not to worry, Blackboard has a
great Help Menu. You can also find help at
Blackboard @FSU.
Click the Students Help button and you will be directed to
http://www.uncfsu.edu/bb/students/index.htm
